Order lifecycle
Orders move through: Draft → Confirmed → Packed → Delivered
- Draft — created but not yet confirmed with the customer
- Confirmed — customer has committed, start packing
- Packed — trays counted and ready to go
- Delivered — handed off, collect payment
Payments
- Open the order → tap "Process Payment" to take SNAP EBT or card
- Split tender: part SNAP, part card — both work in one transaction
- Microgreens are SNAP-eligible fresh produce ✓
Quick actions
- 📷 Scan a paper order form from the camera
- 📦 Go to Pack Day to see all orders for a due date
