Recording a harvest fires the full reproduction cycle: the event is logged, cultivar performance updated, provenance sealed, and narrative drafts queued for your approval.

Select the tray, enter yield in lbs or oz, and grade the quality. This records the harvest, transitions the planting to Senescence, and checks your open orders.
You'll see which open orders this crop can fill. Go to Pack Day to assign it to an order.
